دستگاه دارای سیستم نخ‌گذاری دو‌سر (Dual-head Tube Threading) است که امکان تنظیم آزادانه جهت لوله‌های شماره (جلو یا پشت) و طول روکش را فراهم می‌کند. این دستگاه با سرعت پردازش بالا تا حدود ۵۰۰ قطعه در ساعت، عملکردی سریع و دقیق را تضمین می‌کند.

تشخیص خودکار قطر سیم + گرم‌کردن روکش لوله‌ای

این دستگاه به‌طور خودکار با قطرهای متفاوت سیم‌ها سازگار می‌شود و هنگام تعویض سیم نیازی به تنظیم مجدد ندارد. سیستم گرمایش و ضدیخ‌زدگی روکش لوله‌ای موجب چاپی شفاف‌تر و نخ‌گذاری مطمئن‌تر شماره‌ها می‌گردد.
